I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator specialising in ADHD and disordered eating. I help people break free from the binge-restrict cycle and build a lasting, peaceful relationship with food.
I have ADHD myself, and spent 33 years not knowing it was behind my own struggles with food. When I was diagnosed in 2020, in true ADHD style, I hyperfocused on connecting the dots and looking for a solution designed specifically for ADHD minds. I couldn’t find one, so I created one of my own. That system has now helped thousands of ADHD men and women do what no diet ever could... with life changing effects.
